Shipping policy

SHIPPING ONLY TO U.S. CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME

U.S. orders are shipped from the U.S. through either USPS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL, and the estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days from the date the order is processed. Hawaii, Alaska, and APO orders might take longer. 

Please note that any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers are not our responsibility. We also recommend providing accurate shipping information to avoid misrouted or undelivered products.

In the event that your package goes missing, we will help as much as possible, however ultimately lost packages are the fault of the shipping provider and we cannot assume the responsibility of replacing or refunding missing packages.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, REFUSED DELIVERY OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE INPUTTING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER.
