HAPPINESS GUARANTEE 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at Hi@DrinkBODIED.com. We are happy to issue a refund within 30 days of you placing your first order from BODIED if below conditions are met.

Please contact us before initiating your return, to ensure the proper processing of your refund. If you return items without contacting us beforehand, we will not be able to process a refund. 

Please note that if you ship unwanted items to an incorrect address without contacting us for return information, we cannot take responsibility for refunding or reshipping those items.

To qualify for a return, you must return all the items in your order in their original packaging. You (the customer) are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Returns must be received & confirmed with tracking within 30 days of date order was placed (not shipped or received) to be eligible for refund.

Again: We are happy to issue a refund within 30 days of you placing your first order. However, you must email us the tracking information on any return shipments. If you don't email us your tracking information and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

Please note that there is a 20% re-stocking fee & shipping fee for returned items that will be deducted from total refund. Our 100% happiness guarantee is not a 100% refund guarantee.

We will not provide any refunds for products returned to us past 30 days from the date of initial purchase. As much as we would like to make exceptions for returns received 1-2 days past this window it would then not be fair to return received 2-3 days and so forth. 

We do not accept returns after the first order.

The happiness guarantee applies only to subscription products and not one-time or on-demand purchased products.

The happiness guarantee applies only full price sales, on sale orders are final sale.

CONFIRMED DELIVERIES / STOLEN ORDERS

Orders that have been confirmed as successfully delivered via their tracking number/link are not eligible for a refund or return without a stolen package police report & USPS report. Any cases of a stolen order will be reshipped, not refunded. This is to protect our small business from fraud and we appreciate your understanding.

RETURNS OF UNOPENED ITEMS

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in unopened and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the unopened product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product is safely delivered to our warehouse. You should email us tracking so we can check the status of your return. If you don't provide tracking and the returned package does not arrive at our warehouse we can not issue a refund. Upon receipt of the returned unopened product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus a 10% re-stocking fee.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that a product is returned to us for any reason we will not be held responsible for reshipping the product. We may issue a refund for the product, minus any shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

In the event that a shipment is returned to us, you may receive a full refund for the products ordered, minus the shipment costs and a 10% re-stocking fee.

Alternatively, we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. It is important to note that this policy does not apply to Refused Packages.

Please note all sales are final & successful delivery of every order is out of our control & you acknowledge this by purchasing from DrinkBODIED.com.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged or defective please email us right away at Hi@DrinkBODIED.com to organize a return. Returns are required to inspect the items before processing refund or reshipment. 

FAILED DELIVERIES

Although very rare, BODIED is not liable for any failed deliveries & this is a matter to be addressed with the shipping company and carrier. By purchasing from our site you agree to this condition and risk.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse a package, please be aware that the package will incur a return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We will not know the exact amount of the fee until we are charged by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept the responsibility of paying this return fee.

It is important to note that refused shipments/packages can get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. In such cases, if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please keep this in mind when considering refusing a shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost refused packages.

For this reason, we recommend you accept the package and contact us to properly process a return rather than refuse it.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & ORDERING 

MODIFYING ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you have placed an order, and then decide that you would like to modify it for any reason, please email us immediately at hi@drinkbodied.com. We may be able to edit or cancel this, but cannot guarantee it & once an order is placed bear no responsibility for being able to cancel it before it ships. We require at least 24 business hours notice before a subscription renews to confirm its cancellation & that it will not be processed. We are not responsible for subscriptions that are requested to be cancelled after being processed & paid for, however will happily cancel all further discount shipments upon request. We do not send emails prior to recurring subscription orders & cannot cancel a subscription order once it has been processed. Just like many other services, customers are 100% responsible for cancelling their subscription before it renews and can do so anytime via the menu link featured on every one of our websites pages. By choosing to subscribe to any of our products and purchasing from our store you are agreeing to these policies.

RETURNING SHIPPED SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Only a customers first subscription order may be returned for any reason whatsoever. This is non-negotiable policy. 

DUPLICATE ORDERS

Please be advised that AKIMBO / Drink BODIED assumes no responsibility for any duplicate orders placed by customers online. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that duplicate orders are avoided. In the event that a duplicate order is placed, all return guidelines as laid out in the Return Policy will apply.

PREORDERS

Preorders are subject to exactly same policies as outlined in return policy & not subject to returns or refunds unless first-time subscription orders & returned within 30 days of order date.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELATION POLICY

Customers can only cancel their subscription after a 14-day window from the date of their initial order. The purpose of this policy is to allow sufficient time for customers to receive and try our product. After the 14-day period, customers can cancel their subscription. To do so, customers must log into their account on our website and follow the cancellation process. The cancellation request should be made after the 14-day period has elapsed. Customers will not be charged any further fees or receive additional shipments once the subscription is canceled.
